Do I need a referral?
Yes, your GP or another specialist will provide you with a referral to see Dr Morris.
What should I bring for my first appointment?
Please bring your referral, Medicare card, health fund details, any recent pathology tests and ultrasound scans, a list of any known allergies and current medications. Please also bring copies of relevant correspondence from other health professionals.
